Parts of speech

The parts of speech is the way that words are classified. there are eight parts:
nouns:
is a word used to name a person, animal, place, thing, and abstract idea.
pronouns: are words that take the place of a noun (i,you,she,he...)
verbs: describes an action
adjetives:describes a noun (thin, big,yellow)
adverbs: describes the verb
conjunction: join words of group of words (but,or,until)
prepositions:links nouns, pronouns and phrases to other words in a sentece
The parts of speech are really important because it help us to improve our writting

Tic-Tac-Toe games

Miss I think that practice with games is very interesting for all the students, and is a good way to learn because everybodys like to play. It´s a very useful alternative to teach grammar, it makes more easy to understand it.
I think that another way to teach conditional could be with an oral practice.

Explaining the conditionals

First we have the zero conditional, the structure is:

If+ present simple+present simple
example: If I arrive to class late, my teacher gets angry.

-First conditional:
If+ present simple+ will/won´t
example: if I have a dog, I will have to care of him.

-Second conditional:
If+ past simple+ would/wouldn´t
example: If she lost her bag, she would buy a new one.

-Third conditional:
If+ past perfect+ would have+ past participle
example: If he had been working, he would have saved money.

These are the the zero, first, second and thir conditionals that we have been learning.
